What Next?

Hi,
I have just finished the install on my first hackintosh, and kind of stumbled/guessed my way through MultiBeast (without noticing any differences), but what do I do now? I have be reading about graphics drivers, but how do I install them and what do I do then. Anything else I should know? My spec sheet is below.

You do need to install Nvidia's graphics drivers to get full resolution and performance from your graphics card. Which version of the drivers you install depends on your macOS version. This thread has links to all versions going as far back as macOS 10.10.
