I'm using a Samsung, too, as my primary monitor, the 27" SA550. It's nice and bright and sharp and the color profile is very good for the kind of work that I do. There's an Acer H233H 23" sitting next to it; I'm driving both with a Radeon 5770.

I didn't think that the 27" would be all that different from the 23" (I had two of the Acers side by side for a while), but with the 27" sitting next to the 23" the size difference is very apparent. Next upgrade cycle I'll add a second 27" to the mix.
