I have the 2250 Flatron model that is excellent. I use it on the workbench. My system display is a Nixeus 27" IPS monitor. It's excellent, large, and uses the same LG panel found in the iMacs.

Dell U2711b

Right now, two Dell U2711b. But I've ordered another monitor (Dell U2713H); so I can use triple monitor setup. The U2713H will be in the middle. All three panels are similar enough, I can tolerate the difference between the U2711 and U2713H. Apparently, the U2713H has less aggressive AG coating; which is probably why I'm going to be using that for the main display.

Currently, the two U2711b are connected through DVI on a GTX 680. The U2713H will be on DisplayPort.
They're all mounted using Ergontron Desk Mount

I'm lazy; so I just picked what the office people use at work. They've figured out which monitor is best for colour sensitive work; so I grabbed the same displays. Both the U2711b are colour calibrated; but I should probably invest in my own personal colour calibration tool

I'm using two Crossover 27QD, 27" 2560x1440 monitors http://goo.gl/f9JMq. I've read in places that, these are the same panels used by Apple. That's not what swayed me to get these, it was customer reviews and info from people over at Overclockers.com. These are incredible monitors and have been nothing short of spectacular. I do a lot of photo editing and the colors are accurate and beautiful. They might not be 1.07 billion color displays like the Ultra-Sharps but the do an excellent job. I got both for under $400 US each and I have no dead pixels or other issues. The first monitor took less than 3 days to get to North Carolina from Seoul, South Korea.

currently using an LG IPS225V
21,5" IPS panel, VGA/DVI/HDMI inputs. Not a perfect display, but it fits to my needs.
It have some issues with backlight bleeding, but nothing to complaint, I payed just 105€ with a discount coupon
