hi all, what is Gigabyte UEFI motherboard? My MB is x58a-UD3R 2.0? would it qualified??
I am trying to install ML on my x58a-UD3R 2.0.
do I still need to place correct DSDT file on the desktop of ML, and run multi-beast 5.02 and check "user DSDT"?

Currently UEFI Bios isnt available for this board, and looking around the forums for GA it will not be. There are a load of guide for this board available in TomyMacX86 what are the specs of your system, I am currently running same board with GTX460 so may be able to help.

Gigabyte uses the old style BIOS on the X58A-UD3R. It is not UEFI.

Yes, put correct DSDT on desktop and check UserDSDT in MultiBeast, along with lnx2mac's ethernet and DSDT version of ALC889.
