What do I need to buy to get handoff and location services working?

So I got everything working that I need but I wouldn't mind having location services and handoff working. I'd also like to be able to unlock my hackintosh with my apple watch like I can with a real mac. I have a bluetooth csr dongle that works for pairing my magic mouse but thats all that works. I'd prefer it to be usb but if I need to buy a pci card I would be willing to do that. Thanks in advance for the help.

Edit: I'm also on a budget and I only need a wifi card for location services, I use ethernet mostly.
