So I've had a successful hackintosh running for about a year to two years now (I know, super cool!). However all my files are everywhere and I have no idea if certain parts are usefull or not. I remember back in 11.12.5, I had TB3 working off of someone else's work (and I don't remember exactly what I did) but it worked with hotplugging etc. I'm making this thread because I've been learning a lot more about how macOS works and I wanna fix the TB3 issue that I have (right now, only USB functionality works on the USB C port [and that too only when I boot with the USB plugged in], i.e. no display functionality) but I also wanna learn about how it works and why it works the way it does. I know this post is kinda long and confusing but that's where I'm coming from.
