weird screen when i boot from usb

hello guys
i followed this guide and prepared my usb drive : https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...ierra-on-any-supported-intel-based-pc.200564/
but when i boot from usb i get this screen. dont know what it is. and nothing happens when i select continue
i tried both uefi and legacy mode by disabling uefi and legacy respectively
do you have any suggestions ?
