WEIRD MOUSE/SYSTEM LAG WITH RX 5600XT

hey guys so i finally got my system running and going but my only issue now is that with my RX 5600 XT im getting mouse and system lag, my mouse would slightly jump to a diffrent part of my screen or the system would lag for a milli second. i am using the boot arg and kexts are up to date. what i did notice is that if i plugged in my hdmi instead of my display port i would get a screen flash every few seconds. anyone experience this ? i will post my clover folder in here just in case.

To be honest with you I returned the 5600 and formated my OS and went back to windows. I got tired of having so many issues with the hackintosh after 4 years and said Fk it and went back to windows lol
