OK. Do you have any idea on how could I do this?
We've just about covered all of the usual methods.
F11 in the Clover menu.
sudo nvram -c
remove the emulation and delete nvram.plist.

The only thing you haven't tried yet is to clear the CMOS settings although I don't think that will do it.

The problem appears to be write access to the NVRAM :

nvram: Error clearing firmware variables: (iokit/common) not permitted

I have no nvram.plist in my EFI folder.
It looks like I should try entering csrutil disable in order to have nvram - c working... I will try this tomorrow I have to sleep.

Inexblicably, I have rebooted and no more error message (didn't even enter csrutil disable) !!
