Weird endless loop w/ kernel panic after 10.10.3 update

Hey so I updated my laptop to 10.10.3 and every time I try and boot into it, it reboots or I get a kernel panic. I tried booting it in safe mode and it didn't work as well. The reboot/ kernel panic happens after the second stage. I'm using clover so I don't think this is the locked MSR reboot error most users get. When I tried looking at the kernel panic it said something about Graphics and PCI

Here it is also, if I try and boot into safe mode my screen is split into 7 different screens if you can picture that Maybe there's something wrong with the gfx?
