I lost my webcam after the 10.9.2 update.
It is a well documented problem and the cure is to delete a program called air parrot or any others to do with mirroring the display.
I do not have any such programs on my setup.
Has anyone any other clues as to what affects the webcam.
I never updated to Yosemite but have tried El Capitan where it works fine but in order to use face Time I need to log in using Mavericks first which I can't do without my webcam.
I have no access to the original 10.9.0 version as the App Store supplies the newest version.
