Web page graphics have static look

My Hack has recently been acting funny displaying video ads on web pages. The images below explains my situation:

The last pic is how the page is supposed to look. The first image is how the image looks when I first visit the page (distorted image). None of the still images that load on the page are distorted. Only videos.

If I reload the page, then sometimes the distortion goes away.

Any ideas what this could be?

Sorry for the delayed response....

I checked the page source and seen java but no flash...but not exactly sure. I tried visiting on other computers and the website works correctly. I believe it might be due to me changing my system definitions to 14,2 recently. If I wanted to change it to 14,1 which files do I have to remove from S/L/E?

[SOLVED] Web page graphics have static look

Changed system definitions back to 3,1 and issue disappeared.
