WDN4800 loses Wifi connection sometimes

I'm experiencing some problems with the TP-Link WDN4800 Wifi Card. Sometimes when I download bigger amounts of files over the App Store, Safari it loses connection to the internet. It still has a connection to the Router but to access internet again I have to turn wifi of and on.
In Windows I do not experience this problem. And I had the Wifi Card in my older Hackintosh before with the same problem.
So is it a known issue with this specific card or could it be something else?

System:
GA-Z170X-UD5 TH
i7 6700K
Nvidia GTX 660
16GB DDR4
TP-Link WDN4800 Wifi Card

Ok I've monitored network activity over terminal (permanently pinging the router). And I found out that the Wifi Card dramatically changes the time it needs to get a respond like 1ms and in the next ping 3000 and then 1 again. When the Internet connection stoppes working the ping fails permanently until I turn wifi off and on again. The Wifi Icon in the status bar doesn't change btw.
