Want To Buy New Board For new Ivy Bridge Processor

I want to buy new board for iVy bridge processor. even sandy bridge processor work in that board? i have already geforce n210 Graphics card and 320 hard Drive. and ya for board i can't go ahead than 98$ price. so i want below that price model. Please suggest me for that.

Thnxxx a lot .. i m going to buy b75m d3h... but in india i m not getting small cubits.. and even in small cubit its 230v power supply.. is this enough for new build? or i have to buy new power supply? i m just stuck up in that. and which ram should buy? 1333 or 1066?
