Wake on Lan don't work

Hello guys,

I have only one problem with my hackintosh and I don't know how to resolve it...

I have dual boot (one ssd for windows and one ssd for hackintosh).
When I shutdown desktop from windows the link it's up on the router but when i shutdown desktop on mac the link it's down.
The bios settings are ok and the energy settings on mac it's ok...but the link isn't remain up on shutdown.

How can I resolve this?

I tried anything...remove all kexts, install only in L/E/ , EFI...10.13 / Other nothing.
Tried to change networkoversleep 1/0...

Nothing worked...Why the link isn't up when i shut down my pc...
