"wake failure" error while trying to install Catalina

Hello guys and gals. It's my first time building Hackintosh and I'm having a problem when try to install Catalina. I let the output error, EFI folder and pc specifications below.

• M/B: Gigabyte Aorus Z490 Ultra
• CPU: Intel i7-10700k
• GPU: Asus Top Gaming RX 5700 XT OC
• SSD: M.2 Kioia 500GB
• RAM: TeamGroup 2x8GB 3200 MHz
