Vt-d Support in BIOS

Is there any way to enable Vt-d in BIOS and able to start the machine?

I am using GA-Z97MX-Gaming 5. Once I have started Vt-d , the machine is not able to startup (((( but can ssh remote to reboot the system) )))

Yes, the boot flag "dart=0" should do it.
