I have an i5 3570k (support virtualization) and it is turned on in the BIOS. But for some reason, parallels and vmware fusions say it is not enabled. Any ideas?

Did you find out the problem? I went to use parallels (and tried virtualbox) today for first time in a while only to find virtualization no longer working. Only thing that really changed is that I updated El Capitan from 10.11.3 to 10.11.5

Running 10.11.5 with Parallels (Desktop Pro 11, latest 2016 version).

vt-d must be enabled in Bios, or Parallels can only use (1) cpu for VM.
