Viewing the Chimera bootloader screen

Outside of iBoot and Unibeast I never see the bootloader screen when my Hackintosh starts. In order to enter boot options, how does one get this screen to appear when booting ? Is there a hot key??

Modify "Quiet Boot=Yes" to "Quiet Boot=No" in your boot.plist file.
