Video Problem on Mojave desktop

Hi everyone, I successfully installed Mojave on my desktop and I'm fixing post-installation issues:
– USB port mapping (you're already helping me in another thread)
– video is slow and lagging during normal operation, and couldn't play video files on VLC (only audio is playing, and screen is flickering)
About My Mac is reporting Graphics as "Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB"
I read in another thread that it could be QE/CI missing or not properly working.
I found some threads about it but for laptops and older OS

I think it is also affecting Logic Pro X, the cursor doesn't move properly. Any advice?

I have seen the same thing, most apple apps work okay on built in video, but the playback cursor in logic does not always update, and apps like VLC will not play video at all.

This issue has effected several people, wondering if it is just a config issue or..?
