Video card not work - geforce 8600

el capitan 10.11.6
asus h81m-k
i3 4160 +hd4400
gigabyte geforce 8600 gt 512mb
realtek alc887
realtek rtl8168/8111
kingston ssd 120gb


attached my config.plist and efi folder(maybe i dont have some kext?)

right now, about device - shows radeon 5450 - 512mb (17,8" resolution screen 1024x768)
but i have 22" screen

and geforce 8600 512mb not working.

please, help

nvda_drv=1 should be disabled. Enable verbose & dart=0
In Graphics disable NvidiaGeneric
Rt Variables - CsrActiveConfig should be 0x67
