Video Card ATI Recommendation

This is my first hackintosh and I have yet to get in all of my goods in. My current build looks like this.

MB: GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3
CPU: Intel Core i5-2500 Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
GPU: EVGA GTX 280
CD/DVD: Sony Optiarc CD/DVD Burner Black SATA Model AD-7260S-0B
PSU: Corsair 850TX

I'm mainly curious if the GPU I currently have is compatible and if not, would one of the cards above be a better suit?

The 5770 is supposedly highly suported, but don't get the XFX one. Go for Gigabyte.

I'm having a shitload of trouble with my XFX HD 5770!

No problem with XFX 5770 here. Upgraded to 10.6.8 with latest chimera.

eh 280 benchmarks higher than 5770 if you want a better ati card 6870 is what to go for
