Very long reboot and shutdown 10.12.2

10.12.2 everything runs smooth and fine, fast boot but i have problem with rebooting and shutting down. -v shows :

sandboxVlolation launchd(1) System policy deny(1) nvram-set boot-gamma

and stays on it for about a minute, tried clear nvram -c, what else can i do ?

Sorry I won't help but for me it's worth : anytime I try to quit the hackintosh reboot and I have a message telling that there was a problem..
