Ventura Install Stuck on [EB|LOG:EXITBS:START]

I am running into this issue currently trying to install Ventura.

Currently Catalina is running on it, I plan to erase Catalina.

Specs:
Gigabyte Z490 Vision D
Radeon RX 5500 XT
i5-10600K
TV919 internet card
Samsung 970 nvme SSD.

@magnetswork - I don't know if by the fact your kext files and OC version were so outdated was the reason for your problem. I have updated all kexts and OC version within the EFI Folder to the latest for you (attached along with pics of your outdated files). Good luck.

Hello @esafeddie really appreciate your assistance however, still no luck. Computer just reboots. I'm im going to give it one more week and I may just purchase the mac mini.
