Here is a thought, back in 2005-2006 there was a bit of a craze for the latest pico/nano BTX form factors. There were quite a few companies that developed little PCs based around those types of motherboards. Some of the cases were quite innovative. To that come to mind are the cases from biostar and gigabyte. Biostar made the ideq line of systems while gigabyte produced the CB91. Both of the cases had some cool flip top design features that in my opinion were much cooler than the mini-itx cases that are around today. So, since mini-itx is much smaller than either of the small BTX form factors is it possible to find one of those old cases and use it for a mini-itx pc? The CB91 looks like it would make for an interesting build. I wonder if I could find one for cheap.
