Use an old HDD from my macbook pro on a PC

Hey there,
My macbook pro is dead and I don't know if I can use my HDD with an Sata plug. I put it on and I can read the bootcamp patition from my windows. But of course not the mac osx partition. I can not install unibeast cause I don't have access to the mac os X partition. The Macbook pro was in Mountain Lion version. Maybe I can install the unibeast from Windows using things like HFSExplorer to be able to read the HDD and maybe put the files I need to boot the MacOSx.

I have try to use Iboot and here is what I got, I guess it is because I don't use unibeast...
