"use all f1 f2 etc. keys as standard function keys" missing from keyboard prefs

I did something to not have to pless Fn every time, but its gone, and now I dont remember how I did that, "use all f1 f2 etc. keys as standard function keys" missing from keyboard preferences..

Are you using an Apple Keyboard (Wired or Wireless)?
Because I have a generic Bluetooth Keyboard and I don't have this option :/

Followed this manual and my function keys work as ordinary F1-F12 keys
