USB ZTE 3G Modem on mac

Assuming you have drivers for it (you should test them on a real Mac running Yosemite), it could be a USB issue.

Tested on windows 8.1 Work Fine.

Windows 8.1 does not use OS X drivers.

These sticks do work in OSX.
Install the mac software (probably on the stick) or on your mobile carriers website.

Then you're going to have difficulty verifying the device works with the drivers provided by the manufacturer. Good luck.
