USB still getting power when computer is shutdown

I have ErP Enabled, but still my USB ports are sending power to device. How can I prevent this? Thanks.

Did you find a solution ? I have the same problem with my Gigabyte mainboard, ErP is enabled and my mouse still is on when the pc is powerd off.

You know that some of us consider this a Feature... I like my wireless mouse to charge while I sleep and things like that.
But, sorry I don't know how to change that setting. I actually liked that my Maximus IX advertises that as a feature.

The problem I was experience was occurring when I was booted in Windows and turn the machine off. When I'm booted in Mac and shut down there is no power going to USB when the machine is off.
