USB power not working anymore (MB11,1 EC0 -> EC)

Seems the latest system updates have broken my usb power management for 3.0 and sdcard reader. I have checked the existing guides here: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-usb-power-property-injection-for-sierra-and-later.222266/. Any clue on how I get this working again? ioreg attached below

Fixed by making a usb map to stay below portlimit
