Hackintool is showing the Hub, not the individual devices. Because the presence of the hub overrides the individual devices connected through the hub in Hackintool's processes. In IOReg or System Information the individual devices are clearly shown. I assume this is just the way Hackintool deals with USB hubs, the master USB device, the Hub is displayed, not the sub device.
The closest adapter I could find was this: TOOGOO USB 3.1 Front Panel Header to USB 3.0 20Pin Header Extension Cable for Motherboard

You may not see the increased speed you are looking for. It might be less hassle and less expensive to replace the multi-panel component for one that connects directly to the USB Type-c motherboard header.
