USB LEGACY PLEASE HELP

Is there any way to boot Snow Leopard Using Enabled USB Legacy Ports on BIOS? Cause when I enable it, USB ports stop working and it's kinda stressing, I need to enable USB legacy ports 'cause im dual booting with windows 7 and I have to select the OS im booting to, and if it's disabled keyboard stop working.. PLZ HELP!!!

Why dont you use easybeast then set osx as active?
Then you have no need to boot from an external source.

I'm not booting from an external source, both partitions are n the same hard drive, the problem is that USB ports wont work n OS X if "USB LEGACY" is enabled on bios! so I have to disable it in order to work but I need it on, what can I do?
