USB in bootloader, but not OSX?

This is very weird / frustrating. I had Clover for El Capitan working fine. I went away for the holidays, come back, boot up — keyboard works in boot loader. Let it get to login screen and… no response from mouse or keyboard. Confirmed they work on another machine, just not once OS X has loaded.

Please help!

Thanks. Though that guide didn't list this, what I (evidently) had to do was enable "Handoff" in the BIOS settings.

Handoff requirement (without config.plist/Devices/USB/FixOwnership=true) in BIOS is common knowledge, not specific to 10.11. Guide I linked covers problems specific to 10.11.

Common doesn't equal universal. I confess that I am a total noob when it comes to Clover, I am still learning the fundamentals. In any case, thanks for your assistance. Happy New Year,
