All,
Getting USB over current notifications every 5 seconds when booting into El Capitan, this occurred when I tried out the Beta Versions. I don't get the notifications in Yosemite 10.10.5 so I can only assume this is being caused by the change made to how El Capitan handles USB?
Anybody else having this problem? And will it go away if I apply the USB fixes for El Capitan? Any comments appreciated. I am booting using Clover r3270 and have not installed El Capitan to my main system drive.

Solved - Basically I was using PCI USB 2.0 Expansion cards. After removing one or both I fixed the USB Devices Disabled errors. I just went back to using a external USB 2.0 powered hub. I got a lot of peripherals.
USB 3.0 fixed as well. I edited IOUSBHostFamily.kext as detailed here:
