my mountain lion osx with this spec Intel I5 3570K Processor with Biostar TZ77XE4 all are working fine except USB 3.0. if i connect any usb 3.0 device or other OS get freeze then forcefully must restarted ...

I was able to get rid of the system hang when any device was inserted into the USB 3.0 ports with a DSDT edit but as I don't have any USB 3.0 devices I'm not able to test if USB 3.0 is working properly now. Please upload your DSDT so that I can take a look at it. Maybe I can find a solution for your problem.

No, it won't as Unibeast is only a framwork to create an installer disk.

Hi there,
same problem with GA Z77X D3h.
Will give a try to the nec renessas usb3 driver.
