USB 3.0 not working, please help

I upgreade form Mac High Sierra to Mac Mojave.. everything working only usb 3.0 is not working... Please help ( step by step please) . Thank you so much in advance

A custom USB SSDT is recommend for exactly this reason.

If you were relying on a 10.13.x USB port limit patch, perhaps you didn't add the 10.14.x USB port limit patch?
