USB 3.0 not working in 6 series Intel DH61AG motherboard and Mojave

Hi,
USB 3.0 onboard ports are not working.
I have installed Mojave desktop.
Everything is working great except the USB 3.0 ports.
Intel DH61AG/Intel i3-3225/Intel HD4000
I attached my debug files
