Urgent Help needed please try and help me im at a loss !

I had a perfectly working lion system and decided to install the new chimera and now it wont boot without crashing i have tried the -v -f -x to try and get back to the desktop but none of the mentioned worked, could anyone help me to try and get back to the desktop to save me loosing all my work and having to do a complete re-install, thanks for any help.

How you boot up your OSX HD the very 1st Time after a fresh Lion Installation?
