Motherboard
ASUS Z170-A
CPU
Intel Core i5-6600k
Graphics
ZOTAC GTX 1060 Mini 6GB
Mac
  1. MacBook Pro
Mobile Phone
  1. iOS
So, here's the spec:

CPU: Intel - Core i5-8400 2.8GHz 6-Core Processor ($178.99 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master - MasterLiquid Lite 240 66.7 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($54.99 @ Newegg Business)
Motherboard: MSI - Z370 SLI PLUS ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($129.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Patriot - Viper Elite 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($92.99 @ Newegg Business)
Storage: Samsung - 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($99.99 @ Samsung)
Video Card: Zotac - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB Mini Video Card (Purchased For $330.00)
Case: Phanteks - Enthoo Pro M Tempered Glass (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($99.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: EVGA - SuperNOVA G3 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($69.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $1056.93

--------------------------------------------------

Are there any incompatibilities that I should be aware of? I tried something with an H370 board, but it was a colossal failure. I'm hoping this will work out. It would be an upgrade to my current Windows system, running Skylake 6600K. The GPU/SSD/PSU/RAM I already have, it's mostly on the mobo/proc combo that I'm worried. Thanks for any assistance in advance!

Your build should be compatible with MacOS High Sierra. You want to run Windows and High Sierra on your new system?

Possibly, in one of two (possibly both) ways. I have a Parallels license thanks to a student discount, and even then if I needed to fully boot into Windows 10, it would be on a separate SSD.
