I have this system, and all the parts are OS X recommended:

Core i3 3225
8GB RAM
500GB hard drive
GTX 650 1GB
Gigabyte B75M-D3H
Mountain Lion 10.8.3

It worked great. Then I got a Core i5 3470 and it won't boot unless I do -x and GraphicsEnabler=yes. That's a Safe Boot obviously and I think it might be related to the graphics. The CPU has HD 2500. In the UEFI I've tried two settings:

Onboard graphics disabled

Onboard graphics enabled with 32MB buffer

Neither of those helped. I put the Core i3 back and it booted again. Windows 7 is working fine with either CPU and the CPU itself seems to be fine; benchmarks in Windows and games all run great. I just can't get into ML. Any suggestions?
