I have a z390 Gaming mother board and Rx570 GPU. With 32 GB Ram and a i7- 9400K . Can I upgrade to the newest iOS and how would I go about it. Can someone link me to a build guide ?

You mean the newest MacOS Big Sur?

Yes, your system should be compatible with Big Sur. But you cannot use any tools from this site as they are not yet compatible with Big Sur, and this site does not yet have a Big Sur Installation Guide. You will need to use OpenCore or Clover 5123 and later as bootloader.
