I spent this morning learning clover and have upgraded my mavericks install to clover since nvfileram does not seem to be getting an update to yosemite. I have my system running great and after i have it updated i started to think will i be able to update my hackintosh with unibeast. I know unibeast uses chimera so will that cause a problem while updating i know the computer restarts a few times during the update process and wondering what drive get booted on the restart process? I made a backup but after spending all morning getting clover working i dont want to have to do it again if i goof. Any advice appreciated.

Thanks eric

If you have clover working then why switch to unibeast to upgrade.

With clover (providing it setup correctly) you should just be able to update via the app store, like a real mac. Much easier than switching to unibeast.
