Thank you for the assistance.
Letting you know that I have decided to RMA the card, returning it back to Amazon.
Since I have a fully working system with the GTX 1060, I decided to reinstall it and just wait for the Nvidia Web drivers to support Mojave.
It's likely that I'll build a new system in the future and return to the AMD cards.
But for now, I'm ending the quest to get the RX 580 working in my HP Z800 system.
