Upgrade from Hackinthose laptop

I have lenovo g580 on 10.9 working completely.

Now i got another laptop HP envy touch smart M6 ultrabook.

The looks of this lappy resembles mac book pro. Since it has very good battery back up, backlit keyboard, full HD screen. im planning to install OSX on this.

But im not sure if its worth it bcz of the following reasons.

1)CPU performance, i think i5-3230M (lenovo) is better than i5-4500U, SO MINUS
2)currently i have SSD and HDD in lenovo, but cant place two drives in ultrabook so MINUS
3)FULL HD screen in Ultrabook PLUS
4)Backlit keyboard ultrabook BIG PLUS
5)macbook pro looks in ultrabook is PLUS
6)good webcam and duel mics, is it possible to use duel mic setup in hackinthose?
7)Beats subwoofer. Does voodu HDA works with subwoofer?
8)Any use of touch screen in oSX?


Please let me know, ur thoughts.
