The attachments to the last message, and the CLOVER.zip in the first post both relate to the desktop that will not upgrade. It is only the config.plist is from the laptop.

The attachments in post #11 are both from the desktop that will not upgrade to 10.13.6.
Also the attachments in post #1 are from that system.
It is only the config.plist in post #9 is from a different system, a laptop.

Sorry, you asked for a copy of the config.plist from the system that fails to upgrade,
and I quickly attached the one from the system I'm on, not the one not upgrading and realized it just after I hit post.

In post #11, I attached the config and EFI from the correct system.
I hope that helps.
