Updating my BIOS bricked my perfect hackintosh setup

I am now unable to start up hackintosh.

It reset my bios settings but I changed them all back to the recommended options in the skylake guide.

I am also unable to boot up from my installation USB and install el capitan or boot from usb.

My info is in the left.

Is it possible to downgrade? What prompted you to update?

If there's anything that I've learned with all this hackintosh business, it's if it ain't broke, don't fix it. This seems to hold true with BIOS updates.

I hope you're able to downgrade. Sounds like you have a killer machine.
