Updating from 10.15.3 to 10.15.6, won't boot – "Too many corpses being created"

Thanks again for the help, I would really be lost without this forum.

Ran disk first aid, it did show some errors (below) but in the end I did get "Operation Successful"

I replaced OsxAptioFix3Drv.efi with AptioMemoryFix.efi. Sadly neither had any effect.

If you see anything else that might be causing issues in my config.plist I'd gladly remove it. I've been guess and checking this morning with no luck.

Just a follow up here. I've given up on this upgraded. Started a lean install from scratch and it's not running. Thanks for the effort everybody.
