Updating Clover?

So I have a nice working El Capitan Hack using the Unibeast installation method. I noticed my Clover version is already outdated. Is it worth it to update it and if so, how do I do it without royally screwing up my Hack. I am new to Clover so this has been a learning experience but I already like it more than Chimera.
