Updated to 10.8.2 and now disk ejected improperly when woken from sleep?

Hi I just updated to 10.8.2, everything is working great except for when I wake my computer from sleep I get an error message that says the disk (my usb thumb drive) was ejected improperly, and then it shows up again. This didn't happen on 10.8.1.

I've seen this too but didn't really think much of it.
