Update From OS X 10.11 (15A284) to 10.11.1 (Clover) - Out Of The Box?

Hello
I'm with Clover Boot in 10.11 and i have the 10.11.1 update available .
I would like to ask if it's just a regular update and that this is safe to do it.
i'm sure that i will have to fix my audio driver after the update but everything else

also i have a dual boot with windows 10.
